The dealer automall, powered by Auto Assistance, has an inventory of thousands of new and used autos from trusted dealers, which are available today and can be delivered in hours.

Weekly Specials

Every week, our team updates a select group of autos available today for members who are looking to save money and take delivery as soon as possible. These options go quickly.

How does our auto-buying service work?

IT’S THE DIFFERENCE THAT MATTERS

Auto Assistance, LLC is a premier auto buying service dedicated to serving credit union members founded by Tywone Thomas. We help members locate their next vehicles, negotiate their deals and oversee their entire transactions. Our goal is to make car buying easier.  We focus on eliminating the stress in auto buying for our credit union members.  Our program is successful due to our solid working relationships with our credit union partner and dealer network partners.  Our dealer partners see the value, understand the niche market we serve, and have a goal that is focused on long-term volume growth and not just short term success.

STEP 1

Staff Referral is Submitted by a Peach State loan officer.

STEP 2

We assign a Member Auto Representative.

Our goal is to respond in a quick manner.

STEP 3

We’ll contact your member.

We introduce the program, listen to their search goals and set expectations.

STEP 4

It’s time for us to search.

Our member auto reps comb through thousands of options.

SEE OUR INVENTORY

STEP 5

Send auto options.

We communicate options via e-mail and follow-up with a phone call.

COLLECT TRADE INFO

STEP 6

Contact the dealer.

Our team checks on the vehicle availability and confirm member pricing. We also pull the NADA and check the CarFax report.

STEP 7

Time to update the loan officer.

We encourage credit union reps to contact the member and provide a payment quote to ensure a smooth delivery.

STEP 8

Set an appointment.

Our member auto reps set up an appointment time to see the auto. If all is done well, final documents are signed and the loan is processed.
